Operations
As part of talent and operations, Lydia focuses on recruiting efforts and culture creation at Alpine HQ. Before joining full-time, she interned with the sourcing team. Lydia also has experience in asset management, working for Franklin Templeton Investments as a data science intern where she helped optimize the institutional investment management strategy. Lydia graduated from UC Berkeley with a BS in Environmental Economics and a minor in Data Science.
