Chief People Officer, Riverside Insights
Celeste Miles is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Riverside Insights. Most recently, Celeste served as Director of Strategy and People Operations at Ingenio. Prior, Celeste was an Operations Manager at Cambridge Associates where she co-led her department’s international expansion, responsible for building teams and forming strategy in the firm’s new Singapore office. Celeste holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia, where she was a four-year member of the Varsity Soccer team.
