Ben is a Vice President at Alpine, overseeing all executive portfolio and CEO-in-Residence (CIR) talent acquisition. His team drives recruiting efforts in-house and also helps shape the Alpine experience for our leaders. When not recruiting, Ben also works alongside our deal teams to provide leverage with our executive network. Prior to joining Alpine, Ben worked at SPMB, one of the leading retained executive search firms. Ben holds a BA in Political Science with a Minor in Chemistry from UC, Berkeley.
